Job Responsibility

Develop and execute the organization's cloud & network infrastructure, DevOps roadmap in line with continent tech strategy and global standard
Align infrastructure initiatives with business goals, emphasizing cost optimization and agility
Ensure adherence to IT policies, standards, and regulations related to cloud and network management
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes
Oversee cloud operations (Alicloud, AWS, Azure) including migration, resource allocation, and cost management
Design resilient, scalable cloud architectures for SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments
Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans in the cloud environment
Monitor and analyze cloud performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization
Optimize cloud network performance (VPCs, VPNs, CDNs) and troubleshoot connectivity
Implement security frameworks (Zero Trust, encryption) and ensure compliance (GDPR, HIPAA)
Following global DevOps practice and process, drive the adoption of DevOps principles and practices across the organization, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and manage the respective capabilities and processes
Promote DevOps culture, integrating monitoring tools (eg Prometheus, ELK Stack) for system reliability
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of cloud services
Plan and implement DevSecOps for the long term
Manage infrastructure budgets and negotiate contracts with cloud vendors
Mentor cloud engineers, network specialists, and DevOps team member from vendors
Foster cross-departmental collaboration with software development and security teams
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology and DevOps tools

Requirements

Proven experience overseeing cloud operations and migrations across Alicloud, AWS, and Azure in SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments
Strong capability in designing resilient, scalable cloud architectures and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Deep knowledge of optimizing cloud network performance (VPCs, VPNs, CDNs) and implementing security frameworks like Zero Trust and encryption under GDPR/HIPAA compliance
Hands-on experience driving the adoption of DevOps principles, managing CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Kubernetes and Docker, and integrating monitoring tools like Prometheus and ELK Stack for system reliability
Demonstrated track record in managing infrastructure budgets and negotiating contracts with cloud vendors
Excellent skills in mentoring cloud engineers, network specialists, and vendor DevOps teams, alongside a strong ability to foster cross-departmental collaboration with software development and security teams
