Job Responsibility:
Build Engineering: Development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality infrastructure solutions
Incident Management: Monitoring of IT infrastructure and system performance to measure, identify, address, and resolve any potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages
Automation: Development and implementation of automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Security: Implementation of a secure configuration and measures to protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities, and other security threats
Teamwork: Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define IT Infrastructure requirements, devise solutions, and ensure seamless integration
Learning: Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations, and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities
Requirements:
Designing, building, and operating production-grade cloud infrastructure and shared platform services
Infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent frameworks
Cloud automation, CI/CD pipelines, and operational best practices with an automation-first mindset
Containerized platforms and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes/EKS
Reliability, observability, and resilience patterns including monitoring, logging, alerting, disaster recovery, and capacity planning
Nice to have:
Good Python Programming skills
Good cloud networking and security fundamentals, including VPC design, IAM, encryption, and secrets management
Platform engineering concepts such as internal developer platforms, shared services, and paved-road cloud adoption
Cost optimization and capacity management for large-scale cloud environments
DevSecOps practices, including integrating security scanning and policy enforcement into CI/CD workflows
SRE and operational excellence practices such as incident management, postmortems, and continuous reliability improvement
