Job Description

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively. In this role, you will partner closely with enterprise clients to design, implement, and modernize AWS-based environments that meet performance, security, and scalability needs. You will play a key role throughout the full project lifecycle: assessing current-state infrastructure, defining target architectures, leading migrations, implementing best practices, and acting as a trusted advisor on cloud strategy and emerging technologies. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong client-facing delivery skills.

  • Create migration strategies for applications, data centers, networks, and workloads
  • Define infrastructure patterns and reusable frameworks for cloud adoption
  • Lead the deployment of AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda
  • Execute large-scale migrations of applications, data, and networks
  • Troubleshoot issues during delivery and guide teams in implementing best practices
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and validate designs
  • Provide guidance on industry trends, cloud capabilities, and modernization approaches
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Mentor junior consultants and share best practices internally
  • Develop documentation, templates, and repeatable assets for future engagements
  • Support internal learning and cloud capability development within Solvd

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5 or more years leading application or data center migrations to cloud

Nice to have

  • Strong proficiency across AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, and CloudFormation
  • AWS Professional-level certifications such as Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional
  • Hands-on experience with automation and scripting using Terraform or Python
  • Understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA or GDPR
  • Familiarity with Federal Government security standards including ICD 503, FISMA, and FedRAMP
  • Experience managing highly available data center operations including networking, compute, and storage

What we offer

  • Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries
  • Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures
  • Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards
