Job Description:

We are recruiting a Cloud Engineering Manager for a German company based in Aveiro, dedicated to cloud integration software solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team
  • Coordinate tasks, distribute work efficiently, and foster a productive team environment
  • Consult our customers in all aspects of enterprise Azure usage
  • Ensure that critical technical decisions are taken promptly throughout the delivery process
  • Communicate with each stakeholder (customer team and internal team) and gather all the relevant requirements for an A-grade delivery
  • Be the face of the Cloud Adoption technical team towards the customer and deliver on the expectations
  • Advocate for quality standards and best practices to improve the delivery quality
  • Provide insights into the feasibility and complexity of various technical tasks and contribute to more accurate planning
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the technical team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams of engineers
  • Strong technical background in one of the many facets of Azure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarize complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Great attention to detail, nothing goes by you
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality and very detailed work
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and summarize project progress
  • Comfortable with taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion
  • Humble and willing to learn from others in a collaborative team environment
