Job Description:

Join Citi's Cloud Technology Services (CTS) team to shape and execute public cloud strategy, driving agility, efficiency, and innovation with cutting-edge enterprise products.

Job Responsibility:

provide hands-on technical contributions within a product team focused on the Public Cloud Foundation
contribute to a team of cloud engineers and full-stack software developers
identify and develop automation initiatives to improve processes related to public cloud services consumption
collaborate with teams across Citi's technology landscape
define and measure success criteria for service availability and reliability within the specific product domain
ensure adherence to relevant standards, policies, and regulations

Requirements:

At least 6 plus years of relevant experience
deep understanding of public cloud services adoption at scale
experience deploying and operating infrastructure on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP)
programming languages: Python and Go
CI/CD: Terraform, Harness, Tekton, Jenkins, etc.
testing automation: Terratest, Cucumber, PytestBD, AWS Fault Injection Simulator (FIS), Chaos Mesh, etc.
familiarity with Agile Development, DevOps, and SRE practices
ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes
proven track record of operational process change and improvement
bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
master’s degree preferred
