Cloud Engineer

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure services
• develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• implement and oversee Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) configurations, hybrid identity setups, and identity governance frameworks
• apply enterprise security frameworks and zero-trust security principles to ensure robust protection of cloud environments
• lead the adoption of DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and GitOps
• monitor and optimize cloud costs by applying FinOps principles and practices
• configure and manage advanced networking solutions, including VNETs, NSGs, VPNs, ExpressRoute, and Load Balancers
• drive cloud transformation initiatives with minimal supervision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and services
• communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
• 5+ years working directly with Microsoft Azure in real-world, production environments
• at least 2 years spent in a role centered on cloud engineering or a closely related function
• demonstrated ability to design, maintain, and optimize Azure-based infrastructures at an enterprise scale
• hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
• comfortable navigating DevOps ecosystems, familiar with tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and Docker
• well-versed in cloud security practices and identity management solutions
• holding an Azure certification (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) is a strong plus.
