Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in building and securing a new Azure cloud environment from the ground up. This position offers a unique opportunity to design and implement robust security measures, ensuring a strong foundation for organizational compliance and performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Deploy and configure Microsoft Defender for Cloud across multiple Azure subscriptions to enhance security monitoring and threat protection
  • Develop and implement Azure Policy definitions and assignments to meet organizational and regulatory standards
  • Design a comprehensive Log Analytics workspace architecture and configure diagnostic settings for consistent data collection
  • Create and enforce Conditional Access policies within the Azure Active Directory environment
  • Set up and manage network security groups, flow logs, and network monitoring tools to safeguard cloud-based resources
  • Provide technical support for compliance controls to meet organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare detailed security architecture documentation, including policy baselines and operational procedures, to guide ongoing team operations
