Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Azure-focused Cloud Engineer to support a cloud environment undergoing meaningful transformation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, stabilizing systems, and cleaning up infrastructure while helping guide a platform through transition and modernization. If you thrive in environments where things are moving quickly, tickets matter, uptime is critical, and your work has immediate impact, this role will feel right at home.

Job Responsibility:

  • Owning day-to-day Azure cloud operations, with a strong emphasis on reliability and performance
  • Supporting and resolving service requests and operational tickets across cloud and infrastructure environments
  • Leading Azure VM and legacy resource decommissioning efforts
  • Monitoring system health, uptime, and performance, and escalating issues proactively
  • Supporting hybrid and migration initiatives as workloads move into Azure
  • Partnering with internal IT teams during a transition to a new IT organization
  • Contributing to improved processes, documentation, and operational standards as the environment matures

Requirements:

  • Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud architecture (core requirement)
  • Experience working in Meraki-based network environments (core requirement)
  • Proven background supporting production environments (ticket queues, uptime, operational support)
  • Experience managing, decommissioning, and maintaining Azure VMs and cloud resources
  • Familiarity with on-premise infrastructure and hybrid cloud models
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

Nice to have:

  • A true doer — you like solving problems, closing tickets, and moving on to the next task
  • Comfortable in a “get it done” culture with minimal hand-holding
  • Adaptable, resilient, and steady during organizational or technical change
  • Strong ownership mindset — you treat uptime and reliability as personal responsibilities
What we offer:
  • medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance
  • eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan
  • free online training
