Job Description:

Sopra Steria, a major Tech player in Europe with 50,000 employees in nearly 30 countries, is recognised for its consulting, digital services and solutions. The Cloud Devops Module Lead role requires 4+ years of DevOps experience, hands-on expertise with major cloud providers, scripting languages, CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and a strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure roles
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have:

Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Google Professional DevOps Engineer
Experience with serverless architectures and microservices
Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
