The offered position focuses on designing, automating, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows, supporting modern DevOps principles such as CI/CD and automated operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with lead architects and DevOps peers to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing public and private cloud solutions
  • Work independently to migrate existing workflows to modern automation and orchestration engines, as defined by architecture teams
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless code deployment, validation, and lifecycle management
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions
  • Develop reusable automation building blocks and service catalogue components to support domain applications
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure all cloud solutions meet industry best practices and compliance standards
  • Identify opportunities for process and deployment improvements and recommend innovative solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across various application domains and platforms
  • Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in cloud computing, DevOps, and platform engineering

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer with a proven track record of delivering cloud solutions
  • Strong portfolio of successful cloud automation projects and innovations
  • Professional certifications in cloud platforms or cloud-native technologies (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform) are highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS and private cloud environments)
  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD, Flux)
  • Familiarity with platform engineering principles and tools (e.g., Backstage)
  • Knowledge of microservices, serverless computing, observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace), and REST APIs
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and integration platforms (API management, messaging solutions)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
