Lead large-scale Oracle & MS SQL Server to PostgreSQL migrations, including cloud modernization on AWS, Azure, or GCP, by defining optimal strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor). Design secure, scalable database architectures ensuring high performance, data integrity, and minimal downtime during migrations. Perform query optimization, convert PL/SQL/T-SQL to PL/pgSQL, and implement performance tuning, indexing, and partitioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage HA/DR and backup strategies, and leverage migration tools (AWS DMS, Ora2Pg, Azure DMS) while mentoring teams and enforcing best practices.

Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in Anaplan model building (modules, lists, actions, UX dashboards)
Experience in Data Hub design and data integration
Good understanding of ALM (Dev/Test/Prod deployments)
Knowledge of PLANS & DISCO modeling best practices
End-End Migrations experience
