The Cloud Consultant at TRKKN plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption and implementation of Google Cloud & AI solutions for our clients. As a trusted advisor, the Cloud Consultant leverages their deep understanding of cloud technologies and the digital marketing landscape to translate client needs into technical requirements, design innovative solutions, and guide clients through their cloud journey. This role combines pre-sales activities with ongoing client relationship management, ensuring client success and fostering long-term partnerships. The Cloud Consultant is a key contributor to TRKKN's growth as a Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Service partner.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and lead pre-sales engagements, acting as the driving force to secure new business by leading the customer through the Cloud sales funnel
Support potential clients in identifying and prioritizing relevant use cases for TRKKN's Cloud solutions
Deliver compelling pre-sales presentations and technical deep dives, clearly articulating the value and intricacies of TRKKN’s Cloud offerings to diverse audiences
Understand business requirements of our clients and translate them into compelling Cloud service offerings
Qualify incoming pre-sales requests and manage pre-sales engagements effectively
Be responsible for collecting and maintaining sales-related materials
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a primary point of contact for cloud-related inquiries
Provide consultancy to existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding TRKKN's Cloud & AI solutions
Identify, create, maintain, and develop a comprehensive knowledge base for sales and consulting purposes
Explore and integrate LLM Assistants to enhance knowledge accessibility and efficiency
Ensure seamless crossfunctional collaboration to improve service offerings and to increase business opportunities
Contribute to aligning Google Cloud solutions with TRKKN's other service offerings (GMP, AdTech, CO) to provide holistic client solutions
Requirements:
Customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting, or a related function
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor technical information to diverse audiences with varying technical backgrounds
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Project management skills, specifically within pre-sales processes
A good understanding of (Google) Cloud Platform ideally combined with Google Marketing Platform knowledge
Familiarity with cloud solution architecture and best practices
Experience crafting technical SOWs
Fluency in English (min. C1)
German language skills are preferred (min. C1)
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment with a multicultural team
Ideally, certifications in Cloud, e.g., Cloud Digital Leader, Cloud Professional Architect, etc.
