Minimum 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture across hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing technical cloud teams (architects/engineers)
Mandatory professional-level cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Azure Expert)
