Job Description:

As a Cloud Architect at Sopra Steria, you will design, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions while collaborating across departments. You will work with technologies like Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform in hybrid work settings from Nieuwegein, Netherlands.

Job Responsibility:

Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions using virtualisation, containerisation, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker
Work with cloud-native development, serverless architectures, and DevOps practices
Drive innovation and efficiency in cloud environments through analytical and governance skills
Collaborate across teams and departments to enhance system performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements:

Platform technologies: Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud native (lambda’s, functions)
Ecosystems: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, RedHat
Infrastructure-as-code: Terraform, Bicep, Ansible
Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Open Telemetry, Dynatrace
Software delivery: Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab
Application deployment: GitOps, HELM, ArgoCD
Security: SonarCloud, Snyk, Checkmarx, Dependency Track, Gitlab Ultimate
Way of working: Dev(sec)ops, SRE
Dutch language proficiency
English language proficiency
Completed a HBO education in IT direction.
