ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Mid-level Cloud Architect.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform architecture gap analysis and develop the Future State Enterprise Architecture
  • Conduct engineering analyses to inform GEOINT Mission and IT capability investment decisions in alignment with the Enterprise Architecture baseline
  • Conduct baseline analysis, driving allocation of requirements to systems architecture components and executing programs and end-to-end traceability of requirements, architecture, etc
  • Help advance NGA’s multiple cloud acquisition, through enterprise architecture and requirements activities. Identifies and documents associated Risks, Issues, and Opportunities
  • Capture and translate mission and customer requirements/needs into systems/capability requirements and solutions
  • Perform systems integration activities across organizations
  • participate in integrated project teams, driving the development of project plans, architecture and engineering artifacts (e.g., CONOPS), roadmaps / schedules, Risks, etc
  • Participate in Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Course of Actions (CoAs), Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments
  • Participate in NGA Governance, Configuration Management, and Risk Management processes
  • Help define modernized system integration processes, driving enhanced adoption of agile practices and digital engineering, efficiencies, and increased partnerships across a large number of organizations

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program or equivalent Mid level experience as a Cloud Architect
  • Understanding and demonstrated Mid-level (6+years) working experience with systems engineering processes (e.g., Architecture, Requirements, Integration, Test, and/or Transition)
  • 6 years of working experience in cloud-based systems architecting

Nice to have:

  • Experience / working knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED Architecture (Data Providers, Systems / Services, Interfaces, Data Flows)
  • Experience with agile project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence
  • Cloud Certification(s)
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification(s)
  • Familiarity with multiple cloud concepts
  • Experience / working knowledge of Platform-As-A-Service (PaaS)
  • Experience / working knowledge of DevSecOps principles and practices
