Job Responsibility

  • Upscale the existing Chofer onboarding, offboarding, and break-glass services into fully automated, API-driven workflows using ServiceNow and Chofer APIs
  • Build orchestration layers, API integrations, and event-driven automation using Python/NodeJS
  • Analyze ServiceNow/cloud support request data using SQL to identify repetitive patterns and eliminate toil by building self-service and AI-ready automation pipelines
  • Automate processes around provisioning, de-provisioning and auditing of resources

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of AWS-native architectures (multi-account strategy, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge) and ability to codify infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt/OpenTofu with reusable modules aligned to Chofer standards
  • Deep familiarity with AWS networking (VPC design, Transit Gateway routing, Route53 DNS, secure file transfer patterns) with the ability automate processes around the provisioning, de-provisioning and auditing of the resources
  • Ability to upscale the existing Chofer onboarding, offboarding, and break-glass services into fully automated, API-driven workflows using ServiceNow and Chofer APIs, minimizing manual approvals and human intervention
  • Hands-on development using Python/NodeJS to build orchestration layers, API integrations, and event-driven automation with strong focus on resiliency, idempotency, and secure coding practices
