We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Cloud Application Consultant (Teamcenter / PLM) (he/she) for our client from the Industrial Engineering.

Job Responsibility:

  • Solve L2 tickets on the Teamcenter application
  • Apply patches on TEST, UAT and Production Server
  • Document root cause analysis of issues
  • Reach out to PLM Support Team for Product Issues and raise IRs
  • Communicate with users on issues
  • Work with L3 Team on issues which can’t be solved by L2
  • Provide workarounds to issues
  • Develop Knowledge Management database for solved issues

Requirements:

  • Have expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and solutions
  • Have expertise in Teamcenter maintenance and support
  • Have education in Software/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering / Computer Science / Mechatronics / Robotics / Computing / IT or other related discipline
  • Have experience Active Workspace and Teamcenter integration
  • Have strong English (both verbal and written) communication skills
