Cloud & AI Platform Solution Engineer

As part of Microsoft’s Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) organisation, you’ll work within a globally connected Solution Engineering team, partnering with colleagues across regions while acting as a key technical voice locally. In this pre-sales, technical sales role, you’ll help customers design and implement modern data platforms and AI-driven solutions on Azure unlocking value across analytics, governance, and AI. You’ll translate Microsoft’s Data + AI platform (including Fabric, Databricks, Purview, and AI Foundry) into real business outcomes and guide customers towards secure, scalable, production-ready architectures. As a trusted technical advisor, you will: Lead data-led transformation conversations with business and technical decision-makers; Drive end-to-end scenarios across Data + AI, with integration into Apps + AI; Help customers make confident technology decisions in highly competitive environments. This role requires deep expertise in Data and strong working capability across Apps + AI, combining technical depth with commercial impact in a highly visible, enterprise-focused role.
