Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Provide hands-on support for day-to-day cloud operations, including responding to end-user tickets and troubleshooting cloud-related issues
Collaborate with business units to understand their cloud needs and offer recommendations for optimal solutions
Manage and maintain AWS accounts, ensuring secure and efficient usage across various business units
Participate in Teams threads to address ongoing cloud requests and provide timely support
Assist in building and refining Active Directory (AD) and Group Policies to enhance the cloud environment
Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the evolution of the cloud infrastructure
Operate independently while maintaining a strong focus on user support and service excellence

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering or a related field
Strong hands-on experience with AWS
Proven ability to troubleshoot cloud issues and provide effective solutions
Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy in cloud environments
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience working in a ticketing system and collaborating via Microsoft Teams

Nice to have:

AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator)
Experience with cloud automation tools or scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python, Bash)
Familiarity with cloud security best practices
