We are looking for a Cloud Administrator to join our CTO team, who will assist in managing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness to support business operations, enhance system performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring that the environment is efficient and secure
  • Monitor cloud systems and troubleshoot performance issues
  • Write and maintain scripts for automating routine tasks like deployments, backups, and monitoring
  • Help track and optimize cloud resource usage to ensure cost efficiency within the cloud environment
  • Support security initiatives, ensuring cloud environments adhere to company security policies and compliance requirements
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based backup and disaster recovery strategies
  • Work closely with software developers to ensure cloud systems support application deployments and optimizations
  • Ensure cloud systems are up-to-date by applying patches and performing necessary updates to maintain reliability and security
  • Provide support in case of incidents or outages, assisting with root cause analysis and ensuring rapid recovery

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Amazon AWS cloud environment
  • Good command of Linux
  • Networking skills (e.g., Firewalls, VPNs, reverse proxies, VPC, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Python programming
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to spot critical issues and propose solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • Fluency in both oral and written English
  • Ability to write clear technical documentation

Nice to have:

  • familiarity with Suite Atlassian
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and MacOS
