A closeout auditor is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and integrity. This role requires attention to detail and analytical skills to review and verify inventory records. Auditing is a practical method of creating accountability within an organization, and the final audit report typically features ways of improving operational processes, reducing inconsistencies, and eliminating obsolete inventory.
Job Responsibility:
Data entries of during event transfers
Data entry of sales sheet, known as inventory standsheet
Determine and conduct recounts of inventory
Compare counts of inventory to the sold amount spotting discrepencies
Investigate and reconcile discrepancies found in inventory records
Prepare reports on inventory accuracy and discrepancies
Monitor inventory transactions and report any irregularities
Evaluate inventory management procedures and recommend improvements
Collaborate with other departments to improve inventory accuracy
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF and major stadium events such as concerts and dirt events
Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Some auditing experience or inventory management preferred
Proficient in data analysis tools and software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, verbal and written
Must be proactive, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize as needed
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly
Ability to interact with co-workers in a positive and professional manner
Lead, coach, train and support team members to ensure processes and procedures are being followed, standards are being met and that we are providing legendary guest service
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Maintain a professional appearance and manner and adhere to and enforce the Legends Uniform & Grooming guidelines
Command of the English language both written and verbal, multilingual an advantage
