At Dubizzle Labs, we are looking to further expand our Pakistan engineering office of already 250+. We are most interested in bringing on board colleagues who love to learn, perform, and teach. Your primary responsibility would be to build world-class suite products to support the hyper-growth of our businesses in 10 countries.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in building and launching customer lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, retention, win-back) using MoEngage
  • Create and schedule push notification, email, and in-app/web banner campaigns aligned to the customer lifecycle stage
  • Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio
  • compile regular performance reports
  • Track user behaviour and funnel events using Firebase to identify drop-off points and engagement opportunities
  • Support A/B testing of subject lines, push copy, and banner creatives
  • document learnings and recommend improvements
  • Maintain audience segmentation lists and ensure targeting logic is accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure campaign creatives are on-brand and technically sound

Requirements

  • Must be a university graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for concise, compelling copy
  • Organised and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Prior exposure to any marketing automation or analytics tool is a plus
