Job Description:

We are seeking a CLM Configurator to provide technical support to Swift Group/UK Business and Legal teams by resolving incidents, requests, and system issues. The individual will work across cross-functional teams, manage deployments, support systems integrations, and ensure smooth functioning of applications, databases, and related infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong technical expertise in .NET, SQL, Windows Server, Rundeck, and versioning tools, along with excellent communication capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deploy software packages into Swift environments within agreed timelines
  • Address customer queries and incidents proactively, ensuring adherence to VOIS-standard SLAs
  • Analyse and resolve complex technical issues while communicating effectively with business and technical stakeholders
  • Manage ticketed query systems and maintain an accurate knowledge base
  • Support systems integrations and ensure documentation, processes, and procedures remain up to date
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and data support to the Swift Business team

Requirements:

  • Experienced in SQL, .NET technologies, C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Windows Applications, and APIs
  • Knowledgeable in Rundeck for continuous deployment and SVN for version control
  • Skilled in JavaScript to support Usabilla
  • Familiar with database structures, tables, views, and stored procedures
  • Experienced with Windows Server and IIS
  • Comfortable with ITIL practices and tools such as JIRA and Remedy ITSM
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to simplify technical information for non-technical audiences
  • Holds a Bachelor of Technology degree or an equivalent qualification

  • Be part of a team responsible for translating complex legal and commercial requirements into accurate and robust platform logic and document generation templates
  • Configure and optimise the platform's AI/ML features for accurate data extraction, obligation management, and auto-redlining/playbook enforcement
  • Be part of a team responsible for the development of integration tooling and API orchestration that ensures seamless, reliable data synchronisation between the CLM platform and core enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for all configurations to ensure high reliability and compliance before deployment
  • Ensure configurations are modular, scalable, and maintain good platform governance and change management practices
  • Produce clear technical documentation for the configurations, customisations, and deployment pipelines we develop
