This is a key operational role that sits at the heart of our Autism Service team in Chichester. This role is ideal for an ambitious, empathetic Assistant Psychologist who enjoys coordination, problem-solving and supporting others to do their best work. While this is not a directly clinical role, a strong grounding in psychology and an interest in service development will enable you to understand clinical processes, team dynamics and the pressures clinicians may face.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a vital bridge between the Operations Team, a network of clinicians, and a team of office-based Assistant Psychologists
Ensure clinicians feel supported, informed and enabled to deliver high-quality assessments efficiently, without compromising the patient experience
Coordinate and oversee the fair allocation of clinical tasks to Assistant Psychologists, ensuring equitable access to development opportunities and meaningful exposure to a range of clinical activities
Requirements:
Psychology degree or a relative discipline
Must be able to travel into Chichester and be a reliable commutable distance
