Job Responsibility:
Complete patient visits under supervision, including performing ECGs and collecting/processing lab specimens
Dispense and prepare clinical trial medications while managing the drug supply and clinic inventory
Manage scheduling for clinics and trial visit windows to ensure strict compliance
Communicate with Sponsors, on-site monitors, patients, referring doctors, and third-party vendors
Assist in the care of patients on complex drug programs (e.g., biologics), including liaising with the PBS and pharmaceutical representatives
Proactively identify and recruit potential participants for clinical trial programs
Requirements:
A Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent experience
Current unconditional registration with AHPRA
Experience with dispensary and inventory control systems, plus excellent computer and data entry skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and professional stakeholders
A strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn new knowledge relating to clinical research studies
Nice to have:
Prior experience in clinical trials is not required
