Job Responsibility:
Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare providers at clinical sites
Train medical professionals on the safe and effective use of advanced vascular closure technology
Operationalize clinical programs at new sites from initial setup to launch
Monitor, assess, and enhance effectiveness of ongoing training programs
Provide educational resources and ongoing support to ensure optimal adoption and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to improve training processes and contribute to continuous product improvement
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of cath lab procedures and vascular closure techniques
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
Experience in clinical training or education within the medical device industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel and work independently as well as within cross-functional teams
Nice to have:
Previous experience in a clinical training role
Familiarity with regulatory bodies and compliance standards
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Passion for improving patient outcomes through education and training
