Job Description:

As the Clinical Training Manager, you will own the design and delivery of high-quality clinical training programs that drive confident adoption of Nabla across provider teams. This role is centered on training curriculum creation, live training execution, and enablement strategy. You will serve as the clinical educator for new and existing customers, translating product capabilities into clear, workflow-aligned training experiences. Your work will ensure that clinicians understand how and why to use Nabla effectively from day one, setting the foundation for long-term adoption and success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve clinician training curricula across new customer onboarding, role-based and specialty-specific workflows, and feature releases and product updates
  • Create structured training materials, including live training decks and facilitator guides, recorded sessions and modular learning content, and train-the-trainer resources for clinical champions
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Product Ops to ensure training content is accurate, current, and aligned with release readiness
  • Lead live virtual and onsite training sessions for providers and care teams during customer launches
  • Execute train-the-trainer programs to enable clinical champions at enterprise accounts
  • Deliver refresher trainings and follow-up enablement sessions as needed to reinforce best practices
  • Tailor training delivery to different clinical roles, specialties, and care settings
  • Travel to customer sites during launch phases to deliver onsite clinician training and onboarding sessions
  • Partner with CSMs and Implementation Managers to align training timing and approach
  • Act as the clinical educator in the room, ensuring providers leave training confident and prepared to use Nabla in their workflows

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare training, clinician education, or provider enablement roles
  • Proven experience designing and delivering structured training programs for clinical audiences
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with physicians and care teams
  • Experience delivering both virtual and in-person trainings
  • Familiarity with EHR workflows (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, actionable training
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% for onsite trainings and go-lives
