Job Description

We’re hiring Clinical Template Officers to join our Medical Knowledge Team alongside our regional Customer Success teams to support clinicians using our clinical AI product.

Job Responsibility

  • Use clinical knowledge to review clinical document examples and transform them into customisable, high-quality note and document templates compatible with Heidi
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Go-To-Market & Medical Knowledge teams to understand new user's clinical requirements and develop new templates during customer onboarding
  • Participate in template training and education initiatives for users
  • Develop a deep understanding of Heidi and how clients use the product
  • Engage with current users directly to optimise & enhance their existing templates
  • Provide exceptional customer support by promptly triaging and responding to inquiries
  • Learn to use a wide variety of AI and software tools to work more efficiently

Requirements

  • Early career medical, nursing, allied, mental health professionals
  • At least 30-38 hours of availability per week
  • Quick learner able to work autonomously with high accountability
  • Organised with effective time management
  • Highly motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

Prior experience with software tools like Notion, Loom, ChatGPT and Intercom
