Job Responsibility

Review clinical notes provided by users and convert them into customisable, high-quality templates compatible with Heidi
Collaborate with internal teams to understand clinical requirements and develop templates for new specialties or customer use cases
Support onboarding by helping clinicians tailor templates to their practice
Participate in template QA, testing, and training initiatives
Engage with users to refine existing templates and troubleshoot content-related issues
Leverage AI and productivity tools to streamline your workflow and improve efficiency
