You’ll proactively engage with healthcare professionals and/or consumers through outbound calls and communicate product offerings to influence decisions and drive business growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls to healthcare professionals and/or consumers to identify and qualify leads for our field sales team
  • Telephone calls and/or video demonstrations of our products and services to healthcare professionals and consumers
  • Maximise sales revenue from warm leads to achieve targets
  • Maintain database of leads and prospects in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities

Requirements

  • Exceptional phone skills with an ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with potential clients or consumers
  • A team player, with drive to work towards personal and/or team goals
  • Demonstrated resilience to navigate challenging conversations
  • Intermediate IT competencies in managing multiple software systems
  • Effective time management skills and administrative capabilities
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet expected deadlines
