Job Responsibility

Prepare and review monthly financial statements and project cost reports
Ensure accurate revenue recognition (percentage-of-completion or completed contract)
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
Partner with project managers to review budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete
Oversee subcontractor compliance (COIs, W-9s, preliminary notices)
Support audits, bonding, and lender reporting requirements
