We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and caring Clinical Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Sefton. Part time hours will be considered. The role require evenings and Saturday working.

Requirements:

  • Grade C GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in a customer service role with the public or experience of working in a healthcare setting
  • Working effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
  • High standard of verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Maintaining high quality standards and working flexibly in a busy service environment
  • Handling sensitive information and listening to the needs of patients/clients and responding appropriately
  • Ability to use IT systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of issues that may affect people's sexual health and wellbeing
