Job Description:

The clinical support specialist will provide administrative support to clinical care coordinator team including monitoring and running reports, creating visit notifications, sending emails on behalf of Clinical Specialists using established Outlook templates, basic patient chart maintenance in Salesforce & NextGen, and other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor & run reports out of EMR systems
  • Send emails to facilities on behalf of peer group utilizing established Outlook templates & verbiage
  • Update basic information in patient charts as needed in Salesforce & NextGen
  • Maintain relevant patient documents in Salesforce
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 1-2 years previous applicable experience
  • Computer Skills – proficient use of Excel and Word
  • High Level of Organization – ability to manage and coordinate all supplies/equipment
  • Ability to prioritize and address multiple demands concurrently
