Job Description:

Join the Coram CVS/specialty infusion services team as a Clinical Support Specialist. Working for an industry leader and the largest home infusion organization you play an integral role in delivering cost effective and high-quality solutions for our patients.

Job Responsibility:

Manage master schedule for nurses determining optimal staffing coverage for full-time, per diem and agency nurses
Notify the primary nurse case manager of patient therapy changes or nursing orders
Verify and coordinate changes in scheduled visits
Coordinate care for onboarding patients with Coram nurses and home care agencies.

Requirements:

Minimum one year healthcare industry experience
Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong service orientation and customer service attitude
Effective verbal and written skills
Exceptional phone etiquette
Excellent problem solving and time management skills.

Nice to have:

Two years health care industry experience
Four years direct customer service experience
Experience with medical terminology.
