We are seeking a committed Clinical Support Specialist to join our expanding Diagnostic Green (DxG) Business Unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical support, education, and product guidance to customers across multiple therapy areas, with a strong focus on fluorescence-guided surgery. You will work closely with our commercial teams, offering in-theatre support, delivering training, and helping ensure the effective adoption of our technologies. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will play a key part in supporting clinical best practice.
Job Responsibility:
Provide in-field clinical support and respond to customer queries on products and procedures
Deliver high-quality, in-theatre training and education to key customers and centres
Support customer evaluations and ensure timely resolutions to clinical or technical issues
Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager, marketing, and sales teams to drive new business
Stay up to date with clinical guidelines, research, and emerging technologies
Contribute to the development of customer support materials and training resources
Complete administrative duties including field reports, forecasting, quotations, and vigilance reporting
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in a healthcare, medical device, clinical support, or theatre-based role
Strong understanding of clinical procedures as well as anatomy and physiology
Experience within the healthcare or medical device sector, ideally with theatre exposure
Previous customer-facing experience
Degree in Human Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field
ABPI qualification is desirable (or willingness to undertake training)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confident in building relationships across varied stakeholder groups
Comfortable working in theatre settings alongside surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
Highly organised with the ability to adapt to changing demands
Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
