Clinical Support Specialist – Diagnostic Green Portfolio

• Provide in-field clinical support and respond to customer queries on products and procedures
• Deliver high-quality, in-theatre training and education to key customers and centres
• Support customer evaluations and ensure timely resolutions to clinical or technical issues
• Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager, marketing, and sales teams to drive new business
• Stay up to date with clinical guidelines, research, and emerging technologies
• Contribute to the development of customer support materials and training resources
• Complete administrative duties including field reports, forecasting, quotations, and vigilance reporting

• 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare, medical device, clinical support, or theatre-based role
• Strong understanding of clinical procedures as well as anatomy and physiology
• Experience within the healthcare or medical device sector, ideally with theatre exposure
• Previous customer-facing experience
• Degree in Human Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field
• ABPI qualification is desirable (or willingness to undertake training)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confident in building relationships across varied stakeholder groups
• Comfortable working in theatre settings alongside surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
• Highly organised with the ability to adapt to changing demands
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
