Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking LMHCs or LICSWs who want to join a practice full time, with the opportunity to supervise pre-licensed clinicians needing supervision hours and build a thriving clinic. We are located right off I-90, on the first floor, accessible to all those who are receiving services. As a full time, licensed clinician and supervisor, you will be passionate about cultivating a work environment that values employee well-being, team collaboration, and life-long learning, all in the interest of the clients served in our outpatient treatment setting. Our human-first, employee-second approach serves to transform the experience of mental health providers. We intentionally cultivate a work environment that prioritizes the well-being of our clinicians, which then contributes to better outcomes for our clients. The autonomy of the clinicians at Ellie Mental Health Framingham is honored, all within a warm and inviting office. We are in search of clinicians to help create a rich and diverse community. For this position, we are looking for an experienced LMHC or LICSW, who welcomes the opportunity to build and mentor a team of therapists.
