We are expanding and want you to be part of our growth!! Ellie Mental Health in Framingham is a locally owned and operated outpatient mental health clinic. We are seeking LMHCs or LICSWs who want to join a practice full time, with the opportunity to supervise pre-licensed clinicians needing supervision hours and build a thriving clinic. We are located right off I-90, on the first floor, accessible to all those who are receiving services. As a full time, licensed clinician and supervisor, you will be passionate about cultivating a work environment that values employee well-being, team collaboration, and life-long learning, all in the interest of the clients served in our outpatient treatment setting. For this position, we are looking for an experienced LMHC or LICSW, who welcomes the opportunity to build and mentor a team of therapists.

Job Responsibility

  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and create/implement/maintain treatment plans
  • As a full-time clinician/supervisor, you must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 20-22 client sessions each week
  • Complete all documentation within assigned time frames
  • Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, case presentations, and leadership team meetings
  • Ability to supervise a team of clinicians which includes weekly supervision (individual and group), conduct chart audits, review performance metrics, and lead monthly case presentations
  • Oversee various other tasks including but not limited to: hiring & onboarding new staff, ongoing clinical trainings, psychoeducational group development, community outreach, and networking with referral partners

Requirements

  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university
  • Independent licensure – LMHC or LICSW
  • Must be licensed for a minimum of 3 years
  • At least 1-year supervisory experience
  • Able to teach and implement at least 2 evidence-based practices in sessions and in supervisions
  • Able to maintain appropriate boundaries as a clinician as well as a supervisor
