Join Ellie Mental Health's new clinic in Glens Falls, NY as a Clinical Supervisor, where you’ll provide support to our compassionate and driven Pre-Licensed therapist dedicated to transforming mental health care. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide clinical supervision for up to 5 pre-licensed mental health counseling providers, ensuring high standards of ethical and legal compliance
  • Maintain a smaller caseload to stay connected to direct client care
  • Support the Assistant Clinic Director to promote professional growth and clinical excellence
  • Develop and oversee treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated, whole-person care
  • Track client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed
  • Participate in community engagement and outreach initiatives
  • Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling
  • Active LMHC license in New York State
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
