Job Description:

Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) for the Cardiac Unit, working full-time nights at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. Responsible for shift oversight, coordinating care, and supporting the healthcare team in a patient-centered care environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care
  • Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes
  • Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals
  • Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team
  • Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
  • Minimum of one-year full-time or three-years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing
  • Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license
  • BLS, ACLS and PALS (upon hire)
  • NRP and TNCC (within 6 months)
  • Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility

Nice to have:

  • BSN preferred
  • One to three years supervisory experience preferred
  • ENPC preferred
