Position ensures clinical excellence in service delivery, efficient workflows, and program performance monitoring. The hours of the clinic are Monday – Friday | 8:30AM – 5:00PM and this position is a full-time role (40 hours/week). No weekends & no holidays are required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provides direct, daily clinical supervision of assigned clinical staff
  • Duties may also include providing direct services between multiple clinics as needed
  • Ensures clinical excellence in service delivery, efficient workflows, and program performance monitoring in order to provide a positive patient/family and staff/provider experience and improved clinical outcomes

Requirements:

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field, plus 3000 hours billable status
  • Minimum 5 years since licensure, 3 must be child-focused therapy
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based/informed care principles and approaches
  • Ability to teach and coach staff on case conceptualization, treatment planning, crisis interventions, and professional documentation
  • Provides service in a manner that demonstrates awareness and sensitivity to the client's cultural values and beliefs

Nice to have:

  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred
  • Epic EHR experience preferred
