Job Description:

As a Clinical Success Director, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional generative AI platform for clinicians. Your work will directly contribute to improving the cognitive burden associated with clinical documentation. You will collaborate with clients, partners, product managers, designers, machine learners, and healthcare professionals to bring to life products that bridge the gap between clinical conversations and actionable data.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide clinician enablement by delivering education and training to new users, building collateral and strategies to support clinician adoption, and managing relationships with external clinical champions and advisors
  • Surface product feedback through expert advice on existing clinical documentation strategies and work with product teams to define a clear clinical product roadmap
  • Provide product strategy recommendations by aggregating user feedback and developing artifacts that articulate how product enhancements may expand the reach of our product(s) and improve clinician user experiences
  • Develop, monitor, and track end-user utilization and clinical success metrics to help communicate long-term impact and value
  • Evangelize product capabilities and direction to prospective customers by creating sales collateral, conducting product demos, and more

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP)
  • Experience with Epic and a deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows
  • A passion for solving problems and creating new opportunities for clinicians
  • Proven track record of leading successful initiatives from conception through launch
  • Ability to build relationships with different layers of an organization, from front-line staff to executives
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically clinical workflows and regulatory requirements
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • This role requires up to 20% travel

  • Collaborate as a member of the programmatic leadership team, which may consist of the MPA Dean/Program Director, Medical Director, Director of Academic Education, and Director of Student Success to achieve a shared vision for the program.
  • Collaborate with the MPA Dean/Program Director, Medical Director, and the WCU Clinical Operations team to develop, evaluate, and maintain clinical sites and preceptors sufficient in number and quality to meet ARC-PA Standards.
  • Communicate with MPA Dean/Program Director ongoing new site development and needed support to facilitate Program/Preceptor relationships, including support from the Medical Director.
