Job Description

The Manager, Clinical Strategy, Chronic Care is accountable for shaping the clinical direction of Coloplast’s Chronic Care business in Canada through evidence generation, strategic clinical education, and meaningful KOL engagement. This role synthesizes clinical insights, real‑world product outcomes, and market needs to inform commercial strategy and strengthen Coloplast’s position as a clinically trusted partner. This is a non‑promotional role aligned to the Chronic Care commercial strategy while maintaining clinical independence.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Required NSWOC/WOCC certification along with CNA
  • Demonstrated Case Study and Poster development and presentation at conferences/events
  • 5+ year’s experience in a clinical setting working with patients and/or end users
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret clinical publications
  • Tailors clinical education and training to meet the needs of diverse audiences
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills
  • Able and willing to travel domestically within Canada up to 30% of the time, and occasional international travel (including the US)
  • Employees in this role are expected to meet healthcare customers in person at their facilities or healthcare systems
  • therefore, this will require completion of credentialing requirements that meet the access requirements of each healthcare facility or system
  • Employees must possess a valid driver’s license, as driving will be required for this position
