Job Description:

The Clinical Services Proposition Administrator provides essential administrative support to the wider Clinical Services Proposition team, helping to keep the team organised, responsive, and running smoothly. This role supports daily operations by managing communications, coordinating requests, and ensuring key processes are completed accurately and on time. You will report directly to the Clinical Services Proposition Manager and work closely within the wider commercial team at Boots Opticians, offering a strong opportunity to build knowledge of clinical and support functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and manage shared email inboxes, responding to queries or directing them to the appropriate teams
  • Issue access and training codes, templates, and other routine requests
  • Raise and process purchase orders through EBP on behalf of the wider team
  • Arrange meetings and Microsoft Teams calls, supporting effective coordination
  • Create clear summary reports using information from systems and forms
  • Monitor submitted forms and complete account creation or follow-up actions

  • Good computer skills and confidence using everyday IT systems
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work at pace and handle changing priorities
