Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join a dynamic team in London. This role focuses on supporting clinical and commercial needs across multiple territories, with the goal of increasing referrals and ensuring patients' continued use of innovative diabetes management products. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about improving patient outcomes in the diabetes space.
Job Responsibility:
Promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy and provide education on product usage to healthcare providers and patients through group or individual sessions
Collaborate with sales, customer care, and managed care teams to achieve sales objectives
Support key accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions in Salesforce
Assign or conduct patient training sessions based on business needs, cost considerations, and timeliness
Deliver product demonstrations to patients and healthcare professionals
Provide field-based feedback to management regarding customer and healthcare provider training
Complete administrative tasks promptly and efficiently
Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Professional credentials or certifications such as Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Registered Dietitian (RD), or Registered Nurse (RN) are preferred
Experience in training or managing insulin pump patients is highly desirable
Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a commercial team
Familiarity and credibility within the diabetes community are advantageous
Proficiency in computer systems and tools
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned geographic area, including occasional overnight stays
