Clinical Senior Care Assistant (Days) Callands Nursing Home, Warrington 44 hour contract, four days a week, 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm on a rota basis with every other weekend availability required. We support up to 120 residents with a wide range of needs, offering personalised care in an environment where your loved one can feel safe, comfortable and understood. Take a look at the home: Callands Care Home | Dementa | Nursing | Residential | Specialist | Warrington | Cheshire & Merseyside About the Role: As the Clinical Senior Care Assistant, you will be tasked with managing the care team within the Home and ensuring that care staff are adhering to CQC guidelines whilst providing exceptional levels of care to residents. You will promote and deliver high standards of care and supervise and instruct less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided within the Home.
