Clinical Senior Care Assistant (Days) at Cedar Garden Care Home, Tag Lane, Preston. 22 hour contract, two days a week, 12 hour shifts 8am-8pm on a rota basis with every other weekend availability required. As the Clinical Senior Care Assistant, you will be tasked with managing the care team within the Home and ensuring that care staff are adhering to CQC guidelines whilst providing exceptional levels of care to residents. You will promote and deliver high standards of care and supervise and instruct less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided within the Home. Cedar Garden is a specialist dementia nursing unit designed specifically for up to 30 male individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
