As a Clinical Sales professional, you support the sales process by providing expert knowledge of clinical practice and operating theatre environments. You strengthen customer relationships in your assigned region by offering clinical support, gathering insights from hospitals and distributors, and helping shape future product needs. Your role contributes to product portfolio improvements, increased profitability through clinical training and product reviews, and effective decision‑making. You also manage multiple projects and analyze key data to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the sales team in achieving overall sales growth targets
Educating customers on the use and clinical application of Medline products
Delivering product training to internal and external stakeholders
Providing product demonstrations and clinical support during product trials
Analyzing the competitive landscape and relevant industry trends
Gathering first-hand customer feedback and using these insights to drive product improvements
Developing a deep understanding of the political and clinical environment to anticipate factors influencing customer purchasing decisions
Assisting Product Managers in product development to address customer and market needs
Contributing to root-cause analyses of customer complaints
Building strong relationships with key personnel in the operating theatre
Representing Medline in clinics and other healthcare facilities
Requirements:
Completed nursing and/or medical education
At least 3 years of experience as an Operating Theatre Nurse
Strong technical knowledge of hospital medical products
Solid understanding of the healthcare sector, including terminology, hospital purchasing processes, technology, and regulations
Strong sense of responsibility
Critical thinker with a drive for continuous improvement
Highly independent and proactive
Able to perform in a fast‑paced and demanding environment
Fluent in English and the local language
Willingness and ability to travel (at least 90%)
