Job Description

In this role you’ll champion clinical safety across our Pathology Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). You’ll oversee risk management processes, collaborate with our Quality, Product, Development, and Clinical Safety teams, to ensure our products meet the highest safety standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and coordinate clinical safety and risk management for our pathology LIMS
  • Conduct and facilitate clinical risk assessments on product changes and customer issues
  • Manage clinical safety documentation — from hazard logs to safety case reports
  • Work closely with UK-based Clinical Safety Officers and internal teams to maintain compliance
  • Deliver training and guidance on clinical safety best practice
  • Support investigations into clinical safety issues and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in a pathology clinical setting and/or working with pathology LIMS
  • Clinical risk management training (or a willingness to complete it)
  • Strong understanding of health informatics standards and ethics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • A strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering timely, accurate outcomes in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have
