Job Description

Baptist Health is hiring a Clinical Resource Nurse to join the Heart Hospital team at Baptist Downtown. This is a full-time opportunity.Shift: Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week).

Job Responsibility

  • Assess, plans, coordinate, and assist with daily patient care activities for identified patient population
  • Ensure adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards
  • Serve as a clinical resource for their assigned units, collaborate with nursing leaders, medical staff, and nursing staff and provide clinical support to improve patient care and patient outcomes in the cardiac inpatient areas.

  • 3-5 Years of Cardiac Nursing Experience Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
  • Licensed Registered Nurse Required
  • Master of Science, Nursing required
