Job Responsibility:

Deeply acknowledges and strictly follows SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines and appropriate local and international legislation
studies and comprehends the protocol and other study related documents
trains investigators and assists them in clinical trials
translates study related documents to local language
conducts pre-study visits at investigational sites
collaborates with the Head of Regulatory for study file submissions
prepares and updates Clinical Trial Files
ensures proper shipment, storage, dispensing, return, and destruction of study medication
performs monitoring visits
prepares reports to document monitoring visits
reports trial progress monthly to immediate supervisor
prepares investigational sites for audits or regulatory inspections
accurately completes administrative tasks like timesheets and expense forms
develops feasibility evaluation questionnaires
handles financial aspects of the study
ensures compliance with relevant quality standards
manages subject enrolment and data collection

Requirements:

at least 1-2 years of experience in monitoring
fluency in written and oral English
computer literacy
good communication and organization skills
Life Sciences or related degree
