Job Description:

Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support a major global pharmaceutical sponsor through an industry‑leading Clinical Research Organization. The CRA will be responsible for overseeing clinical trial activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory and study requirements, and upholding data accuracy and patient safety throughout the research lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee clinical trial operations to ensure alignment with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Conduct on-site visits including pre-study assessments, site initiations, monitoring visits, and closeout activities
  • Review source documentation and case report forms (CRFs) to verify accuracy and completeness
  • Identify, document, and follow up on adverse events and protocol deviations in a timely manner
  • Train and support site personnel on study expectations, procedures, and regulatory obligations
  • Maintain proactive and clear communication with investigators, site teams, and internal study stakeholders
  • Assist with the development and review of trial documentation such as monitoring plans, study guides, and informed consent forms
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates regarding site performance and study progress

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct on‑site CRA experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% (typically 2–3 days per week)
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Comfortable addressing site inquiries related to RECIST criteria and CTCAE grading
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and regulatory frameworks
  • Must have oncology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a life science or related discipline (e.g., nursing, pharmacy)
