Job Responsibility:

  • Providing laboratory support, such as preparing biospecimen kits
  • processing, logging and storing samples
  • and coordinating compliant sample shipments
  • Supporting clinical trial activities by preparing and maintaining trial documentation and oversight trackers, including via Adobe Sign platforms for electronic signatures
  • Managing data and documentation, including accurate data entry, updating trial related trackers
  • Coordinating patient‑related logistics, including travel/parking reimbursements, managing kit and supply inventories, and facilitating imaging or archival tissue retrieval and uploads
  • Collaborating with the trial team, responding to enquiries, participating in meetings and training, and maintaining an organised, safe workspace while supporting multiple tumour streams as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong Attention to Detail: Proven ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain meticulous records in clinical or administrative settings
  • Biospecimen processing Experience (basic): Familiarity with handling and processing biological samples (e.g., blood and urine), including centrifugation and sample preparation
  • Excellent Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and experience with databases and electronic records systems
